Great Customer Service

It took ordering three jackets to finally get the perfect one. The style of the first one wasn't a hit, so I exchanged it for a different style. The second one was a little snug, so I exchanged it for another size. I feel kind of bad with all of the back and forth, but they didn't skip a beat. The worst part was all of the waiting and anticipation! I love this company and now I'm thinking about purchasing some luggage for my upcoming trips!
