Perfect Harmony

Assam is my favorite tea. Tarajulie is my choice for mornings when I need to ease into the day. I use loose tea and let it steep for 3 to 4 minutes. I add cream and a bit of honey. To my taste, this tea is balanced, with lots of flavor, but no specific tone that stands out. Not overly smokey or fruity or tannic or bland. It's a perfect, smooth cup of joy.
