False Advertisement. Disappointing Business
Old Coffee beans. Had to make 3 SEPARATE complaints to get attention of business. Eventually, they removed the words "Roasted to Order" because it was "difficult from an Operation stand-point." In the end, didn't even get like a gift card or something for the hassle of getting old beans multiple times. Very disappointing experience; thinking of going to a different supplier.
