Absolutely awful company customer service is some of the worst ever! Product quality is so poor. Refused to refund for 4 items that were unusable due the wonky terrible embroidery, pet hair under lettering printing and deep creases that wouldn’t even steam out! They are Rude ignore messages, phone calls emails alm forms of communication. Wish I’d have seen the reviews of people not getting their items and not receiving refunds before I’d ordered would definitely not use or recommend this company!
