Summer Delights

Just opened the lemon olive oil for a drizzle on hummus...it is spectacular! A splash of mango balsamic in sparkling water has made this heat wave a bit more tolerable. And in a vinaigrette it is now a favorite. Looking forward to exploring other flavors of oils/vinegars.
