Gorgeous shoes, VERY SMALL, amazing customer service

I love these shoes, absolutely stunning and they make me feel great, but I wish I had taken the other reviews more seriously about the shoe sizing from this brand. I'm usually a size 9.5, 10 on some brands, and the size 10 for these are still very tight on me, especially in the toes. Definitely order up a full size. I would exchange them for a size 10.5 if I could but I've tried them on a couple times to test the fit. Edit: I received a replacement size 10.5 pair for no additional charge, customer service was so nice and helpful about it and I the new shoes are amazing.
