Zippy's Original Chili with Beans

The chili poured over a bed of rice was the best. Thought I was back at Zippys. Just wish is was more that 2 bowls.

I love Zippys!!! Service was great and timely. Packaged very professionally and with care. Will be ordering more unless I go for visit.

Love my Zippy's Chili!

I no longer live in Hawaii and wow, how I miss all the local foods I grew up enjoying, and now appreciating even more. My all-time 2 favorites whenever I went to Zippy's was either Zippy's chili over rice bowl or the Chili plate with rice, macaroni salad, and hot dog (although my cousin told me they no longer provide the hot dog with the chili at the restaurant). Anyway, I love Zippy's chili! There is only 2 reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. 1st reason is I think the price is too high, and 2nd reason is it doesn't taste exactly the same as when I lived in Hawaii and had the Zippy's chili served fresh. It still tastes good but not quite as good as going to Zippy's and ordering it fresh from their restaurant. The one concern I had was the Zippy's box that I got was already opened, so that was a bit of a concern. The 2 chili packets inside the box were fine but it just seemed odd that the box flap was open.
