The ropes are great, but it’s the service which makes it exceptional

A coach recomended these to me, and I bought a rope and handles. Within half an hour I had an email asking if I knew I ordered the wrong rope for the handles, and would I like this correcting - yes I did. Then I had more questions to make sure the rope fit my height and skill level. I skip too aggressively, so the rope recommended is perfect as it slows me down enough to build up my skill. I now want another with black handles
