This was my first ever vending machine and I'll give you the complete lowdown of what needs to happen after you buy this amazing beast. This information is critical and much is not included with machine in shipping sadly. If this is your first machine expect a month's waiting time for setup. First off, you need 4 total things after buying the machine: SeedLive, SeedCashless+, Cantaloupe and Verizon. Very small service fees are involved. Each of these you'll need to complete online DocuSigns for. All these numbers you can find online and about half call centers are within the USA. The machine will include info for only Verizon and SeedLive. The machine does not come with a manual, print that bad boy out and read it. To change prices you must change prices BOTH on the machine and Cashless+. Here's the process: Customers swipes, Verizon talks to Cashless+ and SeedLive, machine dispenses. This has been very frustrating for me BUT, but but....this machine is fantastic, ONLY the software setup has been a problem. Learning new software is never easy. It's just growing pains and I can't hold that against anyone. 5 out of 5 stars. After seeing the transactions online it makes any heartache vanish.
