Love Neuro
My fav are the mints. I love the peppermint and spearmint, they are my regular go-to to get me thru a busy day, but I also love the seasonal varieties (fruit flavors top my list - just a note - strawberry is my favorite fruit, hint-hint)

Just Enough to Focus/Exercise Without Jitters
Taking a mint about a half hour before exercising and one during seems to give the focus and energy needed on days when feeling less motivated. Taking a mint periodically during long sessions working on projects helps to keep the focus.

The Best Mint!
I love these as I have been buying these for years (since they first started) and I find the quality is there and buzz isn’t overpowering or anything like drinking a black coffee. They are smooth!
