Absolutely the worst customer service and company I have dealt with this year. No order updates are ever provided. When you call into customer service they give you ship dates that they don’t meet, don’t provide any updates and then then when you call in AGAIN they tell you that the item hasn’t even gone into production and to expect further delays. Spend your money with another company for overpriced hardware. Phylrich only disappoints and has horrible customer service
