After near two years of use my organizer became worn down to the point where the leather tore despite normal use and nothing extreme like drops or the like. Contacted customer support and they quickly sent me a new one. Already holding up much better than the previous one. Even better that they are so communicative.

My second one

This is the best key organizer in the market. This is my second one. First was all black. Leather is premium quality and it hands very well. The lock mechanism is way better then competition because you have so much different position to screw the keys in and adjust stiffness of pivot, and when you lock it with buckle, it does not go anywhere and never undone it self.
