Hats off to the customer service with PT! I had an issue with the tank bottom boot that literally split from a purchase about 9 months ago. I reached out to inquire to see if it was a known issue (sent pictures for reference) honestly anticipating to purchase a new one, but much thanks to customer service for stepping right up and shipping a new one out at no charge! Kudos and much appreciation!!

New Tank Boot

Had my original boot replaced after less than 6 months due to crack. Replacement process was easy and item sent very quickly. Concerned that the new boot will crack again. I am not in frozen land, tank never leaves Jeep when used. The lion of the boot does rest on the bracket as seen in many videos. But if it does I know the replacement process is fast and easy.
