Wavy glasses

I purchased numerous pairs of lenses over the years for my husband and myself. I have never had an issue before other than one. That was my own mistake. Received my glasses the other day and I cannot wear them because the sides of the glass are so wavy that it actually interferes with my sight. when I contacted Dr Lens change about why it is like this they said it was because I did not get the anti-reflecting on it, which I feel is not correct because I have other lenses that do not have this and do not have the same problem. It was basically going to cost me as much as I paid for the lenses to have them shipped back. Remove the transition on them and then have anti-reflective coding put on them. not very happy with that response as it still does not fix the problem of the wavy lenses I will now be purchasing from another site

New lenses
