Durable, I work with sharp sheet metal and it’s a tough vest. The battery will last 4-5 hrs tops and that’s turning it on and off on low. I complained to customer support, I got the run around, 2 calls and 3 emails for them to tell me to send the battery back. I think they are all like this, that’s why their process for replacement is so complicated. Just order 2 batteries and you will be good to go. They charge fast and the vest is really warm. Worth the money, just needs a bigger battery option.
