Fantastic coffee as expected. One thing I really appreciate about Brewtus is they really seem to nail the tasting notes. This one they said cocao, plum and lime, which I think is spot on. The sweetness is warm and mellow, like a plum. Dark chocolate-like bittersweet finish, and the acidity level reminds me of lime. Overall, a super tasty refreshing coffee. I've been brewing it v-60 pour over, I think it'd be fantastic iced as well.
