Great quality
This hose reel is heavy and slightly bigger than some of the "look alike" ones. It does not come with instruction but it is not hard to figure out what goes where. Mounting and installing the hose is not hard. I added a 90 degree elbow between the reel and the pressure washer hose which made the "hose bending" process a lot easier.
No leaks and easy to reel up the hose. Make sure you use good amount of teflon tape and torque up the fittings.

Decent quality.
It’s a decent quality reel, but compared to a cheap no name one … it’s a bit better, but three times the price better?
