GYEON Q² Fabric Alcantara Coat

The odour is strong with this one, similar to nail polish... strong. Once I had everything masked off application was easy. I used my hands (with gloves) to apply it to the alcantara panels on my dash and panels. It left it feeling soft and is repellent to liquids, they just bead up and fall off. Great for the carpeting in the trunk area as well! Just make sure to have lots of ventilation...

This stuff works!

Gyeon fabric coat does a great job of waterproofing fabric, the only issue is it smells horrible. It has a tar like smell that gave me a headache, if it wasn't so bad it would get 5 stars.

Simple and Effective

This is my favorite and (for me) most effective fabric protection. On a clean and dry surface, spray a moderate amount, brush into the fibers, allow 6-12 hours to dry, brush all the fibers in one direction, lightly mist the surface with product, allow 6-12 hours to dry. Any spill will remain on the surface of the fibers allowing for easy mop up with a significantly reduced chance of staining. Please note that there is a strong odor, so work in a well ventilated area with proper PPE (at least gloves and a mask) and plan to "air out" any interior application for several hours.
