I think it is just IPA nothin special. Works the same as my 70% IPA and smells the same. Just 10x more expensive.

Smells kind of like a solvent

The smell isnt very pleasent which is why i like the product. Ive used carpro eraser, and it was to pleasant of a smell which made me wonder if its actually doing the job of stripping all polishes and residue off the paint and not leaving anything "extra" on the paint when it obviously has a fragrance. I always use ipa initally then follow up with the brand specific panel prep. This stuff works, but does flash rather quickly, so just work 1 panel at a time.
