Unhappy initial use

I made a mistake and used the towel without washing it first. It left tiny fibres all over my newly washed car. These fibres are proving brutal to get off. Anyway, I recently bought the Wolly Mammoth towel from Chemical Guys, and I used it without washing it first (because I didn't know I had too), and that one left zero fibrers. The CARPRO towel is a 80/20 blend, and the Chemical Guys towel is a 70/30 blend. I've read online that 70/30 is the way to go. Well, in terms of drying the car, I felt that the CARPRO towel was more than capable. I look foward to using it again after it has been washed to see if it leaves anymore fibres. I'm really hoping it doesn't. If it does, then I would have to call this product a bust. Stay tuned people.
