They have no elasticity and fall down very easily. Maybe they are too big, but they should fit fine. Probably just a hazard of being 100% cotton?

Oversize Socks
These socks were huge on me, despite the fact that I bought a "small." Washing a pair in hot water and drying them with heat did nothing to shrink them. The company told me that they are comfortable for patients whose feet are swollen. But my feet weren't swollen--or at least not that much. I have returned 5 pairs of socks and hope to get a refund for those.

Sizing
I wear a women's size 9 shoe. The website sizing chart said to order Medium for women's shoe size 8 - 10, so that's what I ordered. However, the socks are way too large! I've washed them several times and dried in the dryer, but they have not shrunk (a good thing, if the sizing had been accurate). I am hoping my husband will be able to use them. Regarding quality, they're ok. I've had them for a little over a month. In your hand, they feel quite soft and seem thick, but on your foot they are actually rather thin -- I think maybe because the weave is not very dense.
