Terrible customer service
I had purchased a expensive chandelier there where three sizes I thought I had chosen the 18" diameter and instead received the 12" I then called three times to try to resolve the with a response after 3 weeks sorry we can not return or exchange basically your are out luck I will be taking this up with my credit card company as well as writing and telling the design company that gave me your information.
