Disappointing customer service

Originally placed this order for an event launch. The package arrived with plenty of lead time only to discover the wrong artwork had been printed by Vivid. Despite using Vivid on a number of occasions this time the service was beyond shocking. I left several voicemails and called multiple times over several days with no response. After a series of emails I finally received a response however the slow response in service means these banners couldn't be used for the event launch - very disappointing that despite approving the correct artwork Vivid printed the wrong artwork.

Great product

The overall quality of the product was great. What stopped a 5 star review was the box was missing instructions which was required as the frame had different poles for a range of sizes.

Tight fabric

I loved the product but the only issue is that the fabric is too tight and it’s hard to put it over the frame.
