The WORST customer service I have ever received. I had to file a claim with my credit card company (that was granted) because this company refused to stick with their own ETA'S and promises. I can't even begin to say what an absolute nightmare it has been to deal with this company. This fiasco lasted 6 months- do not buy from them directly.
