GS2 Alcantara (VW/Audi Auto/DSG)

Shipping took over a month, because they were “revising”. Finally I received my knob and they sent an air leather version in a Alcantara box. I was forced to drive around with no shift knob, no action was taken for the inconvenience besides “sending it back and rewrapping it” highly disappointed in BFI, if the knob wasn’t nice I’d simply do a full return. Unacceptable service.

Great company and great product.

Love the quality and build of the product and material. Well worth the money spent & wait.
