Did a lot of online research for the best roof sealant for my foor repair job on a very steep roof with concrete tiles, I only wanted to do this job once, i had to replace several broken tiles along with a flashing that was never installed right, i went with the solar seal 900 in charcoal color after reading several reviews from roofers that this is one of their go to sealants. This stuff didnt disappoint, it tacked up right away and the tiles are very secure using this product! Sets up at just the right time and holds!! The charcoal color was a very close match to my tiles!!! Definitely will use this in the future!!!
