Bought as a present for my sister. She loves it! The service from The Wool Company was excellent: I wanted it in 5 days’ time for my sister’s birthday, and worried, when I subsequently saw the potential 3-10 days’ delivery time, that it would arrive too late. I phoned the company, and was told they would ensure it arrived on time. Sure enough, I got it 2 days later, well in time to wrap it in birthday paper. Very happy and satisfied with the service!
