Weak quality

Sorry, but the product looks much better on the website. The pendant is poor quality, thin, not very well made. If I see this in a shop, I will definitely not buy it. The person I bought it for as a gift said she liked it, but I think she was just being polite. The packaging was nice and tasteful.
