Vegucation Over Medication Book

My most recent purchase was for my best friend's birthday. I gave them to her as a gift. The minute she received them, she texted me and said she was starting to read them both immediately. I haven't talked to her since but i will find out more when we chat again in another few weeks. We live in different states so we talk every few months. Cordially, Michelle

The information provided in this book is easy to understand and makes sense. I read it in 5 days. I would have been done sooner; but, I had chores to do, meals to prepare, a house to run. You know keeping up with life. It is a good read and I recommend adding it to ones library.
