customer service is garbage

I haven't tried the covers. I purchased them but it had already rained by the time I received them (didn't look at where they would be shipping out of so that's on me.) There were shipping issues. I had to call FedEx to find out why my package was marked as unable to be delivered and apparently Tingley didn't include my apartment number on the label slip. Now the main reason for the bad review is that I emailed the email address at the bottom of their emails (*****) to ask if I could return the unused shoe covers on April 27. I have never received a reply. If Tingley had replied to say sorry, they do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items I would've accepted that but at this point I'm just annoyed that a company charging so much for shoe covers has such terrible customer service practices (not giving my full address to FedEx and then not even a basic it's outside our policy email.)

Have used this brand for years, but finding it harder to find the size 14 stocked in local stores. So glad to be able to order direct.
