Odd folds / bumps on shoulders

Hi - I’ve purchased a bunch of shirts from you. With these, I bought the same size. I like the fit, though on both shoulders (on both shorts) there a strange seams that cause bumps when I wear them. I’ve washed them several time and tried to iron them, to no avail.
