Fitting snug was the way to go for us. I chose an 8 (she takes an 8 in a wide shoe and and an 8.5 in Keen's, which are notoriously wide shoes). It was a first time purchase at Glebe Trotters and the best part of the experience came from the sales staff. When I said "I hope they fit", he said, simply: "We'll sort it out". Experiences like that make me automatically want to be a return customer. Thanks again to that staff member.
