Wrong color and style

This wig was nothing like the picture.

Top of wig does not look in any way soft or natural. It is flat to the head.

I found this wig to be noted on the top, no way to even get it to look any way like my other wig. I had 2 other Shari’s and the were nice. I just didn’t like the color. This color is not good for me either. I am sorry. I am just having a hard time finding the right hair and color for myself. I would like to return it.
