I have been ordering these heat wraps for many years. I have nerve pain going down my vertebrae and this rap has been the only thing that has relieved the pain. It’s amazing, it smells wonderful and it’s so comforting. I recommend this without qualification.

Disappointing

The insert is half empty. There really needs to be a pocket on the end of the faux fur cover to keep the insert from falling out. It’s just open and easily falls out.
