Worst buying experience ever!

I placed a bulk order and waited three weeks for my coffee to be shipped. During that time, I emailed customer service more than ten times before someone finally resolved the issue for me. It turned out that one of the two types of coffee I ordered was out of stock, but I was never notified about this. This has been the worst experience I've ever had while shopping online. I can no longer trust them to fulfill my orders, so I canceled all my subscriptions. I will never order from this company again, even if they have great deals.

I am very pleased with Italy Best Coffee. I finally found a place where I can order my italian espresso. They are a great company. Had no issues with my order and arrived quickly. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
