Sticky residue problem

Happy enough with my order, but the glue on the little clear rubber domes for attaching to the underside of the coasters are very tacky and the glue off of them has spread and marked a lot of the surfaces of the coasters! Is there any way to feed this back to your suppliers? Is it possible to purchase these rubber domes separately, as some of them I had to discard.
