Was a bit wary of using this yeast so kept the temperature down to 25 C. NO AIRLOCK=NO MESS. Perfectly acceptable results for first attempt bearing in mind that there is a lot of room for experimentation with this product.Will get another batch in before Christmas. Good product, Great price Brilliant service. Cheers Robert

good fermentation every time with this yeast tastes ok as well with the still spirit flavours a lot of choices to choose from as well very happy with my orders and delivery is good apart from odd things busting why being delivered but I had them bits replaced with in a couple of days so I'm still happy with my orders
