I have been using it for only 2 weeks, so I haven’t seen much difference. But I do feel like I’m sleeping better. Hopefully I will see more results soon.

Living 43 degrees north of the equator and in a foggy/cloudy climate makes for a serious lack of sunshine in wintertime. I started using this light in the morning and evening to simulate the feeling of sunlight, and it does a great job giving you that feeling of “warming your bones” along with a great energy boost and overall feeling of wellness. Highly recommend as an indoor substitute for sunlight!
