Great Coffee and Great Customer Service

I made an order for coffee and creamers, and when it was finally delivered my mailbox was empty. USPS marked the order as delivered, however I never got it. I reached out, and JC was helping to get me a replacement order when the original order arrived - two weeks after USPS marked it delivered. I know that shipping errors isn't CCC's fault, but they still wanted to make it right. Great coffee and great customer service.
