Great experience but slow shipping

I love ordering client gifts from That's Caring. I'm totally onboard with the mission and approach to provide assistance to great causes. However, I may be spoiled by Amazon Prime but I find the shipping options to be seriously lacking. Fast shipping costs about 50% the price of my order, which is completely crazy. Instead, I get shipping notices for items I ordered weeks ago. Not the best experience but otherwise I love this service and the products seem great.
