I got these pulleys for the new Sram Force D2 (unicorn) and initially the lower pulley cage was too small for the pulleys. Contacted kogel and they send me new covers within 2 days. Replacement worked perfectly and the pulleys spin freely. Great Customer service for an awesome product!!! Next I will upgrade the pulleys on my mtb!
