Like the necklace. Packing was a nightmare! Put chain in same bag as little crab. Was wrapped all around it. Tangled mess. So afraid I would break it getting several knots out. An hour later, I managed. And phone number on invoice not in service! I emailed them, did get a response back pretty quick.
