The shower steamers are great. I use the eucalyptus onein a hot shower the minute i feel stuffy. It helps me during cold season without having to take medication

The lavender scent is not an overpowering lavender smell but a nice relaxing smell. Goes perfect with a hot shower after a long day.

Did the job

I used the Eucalyptus Mint since I was feeling a little stuffy. The scent made my sinuses feel opened. I was able to use more than once.
