My efile stopped working a few weeks out of warrenty. I contacted MelodySusie asking if there was a way of my opening the handheld drill to see if it needed cleaning. To my surprise MelodySusie instantly offered to replace the entire unit. All they asked was I paid for p&p, which I found entirely fair. The efile arrived much quicker than originally suggested. Amazing customer service all round so I highly recommend this company.
