I love this stuff. It’s perfectly balanced. It says it has peppermint and grapefruit, so I was a little worried that it would be too minty and citrusy but it’s perfect. I use It at the end of a yoga practice, and also after something negative or unpleasant happened. I use it to help me energetically ‘clear away ‘ the muck.
