Excelente

First, they arrived a day late, so I had to soak them for a day, but still couldn’t make them until the following day. I was concerned that maybe 3 days was too long, but it wasn’t. I made steamer’s and clams w/ linguine, both were so delicious and almost all opened beautifully.

A taste of Seattle in Ski Country (Deer Valley, UT)

We served steamed manila clams to our friends for a dinner party to rave reviews. The clams were delicious! Purged them in salt water for a short time, steamed in a tomato-jalapeno-basil sauce, and there wasn’t a hint of “grit”. Not 1 clam was left.
