I honestly purchased this because I thought it looked cool. I was not having trolling motor issues. after installing and using a couple times, it does seem to dampen vibration at the highest motor speeds. still looks cool and makes prop removal and reinstallation a breeze. I do this frequently to check for fishing lines scraps that may inadvertently get caught behind the prop and damage the shaft seal ... I would buy again

Easy Installation

This was quick and easy to install. It will help save time when checking for fishing line behind the prop. Can't wait to try on the water.
