Great customer service

I ordered this as a gift for a coworker who lives in another state. I paid extra for 3 day shipping, but you all noticed that that wasn't necessary. Since it would get there in 3 days with regular shipping, you refunded the shipping costs. Thank you so much for the attention to detail and wonderful customer service! It was a great personal touch.
