Came apart day one!

I put out a dozen brand new pintail in night. Came back the next morning to find one decoy had sailed off. Found it with weight laying over tail. Thought I just messed up. When I went to move the weight and carry back to spread it all came off in my hand. The crimp fitting was gone.
