True to size. I purchased a 2 XL for my big and tall husband and it fits him perfectly. For size reference, he is 6'1 and weighs 248 lbs and the fit is excellent. And, they do not shrink when washed and dried. It is long enough that it will not ride up when he raises his arms. I have purchased several from here for him and have yet to be disappointed, they always look really good on him. Plus I like the fact that this is an American owned and operated business run by Service Members. et al. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed if you buy from them.
